What do you love about this place? Commuter's ideal location (next to downtown SF / SOMA, and <5 minutes to major freeways I-280, US 101). A few blocks from new Chase Center, UCSF. Fully loaded gym, secure delivery room, modern appliances. What isn't so great about this place? Given prime location and proximity to Chase Center, this part of town seems to be more and more bustling over time. Note: actual unit varies slightly from pictures, but all 1BR units in the building are pretty standardized.
