Why are you looking for a renter? Sadly I'm leaving my amazing East Village apartment and heading to Brooklyn. I absolutely LOVE this apartment and the location so it’s bittersweet for me to leave, but so it goes! What do you love about this place? -Great location and Stuyvesant Street is an amazing quiet block (B/W 9th & 10th, 2nd & 3rd), not to be confused with Stuy Town -South Facing front room which I use as the bedroom with huge bay windows gets tons of sunlight -Central, Windowed Kitchen -Tall 14 ft Ceilings -Full Bath with Tub -Right near tons of East Village Restaurants, walking distance of Soho & the West Village -Tons of local workout spots: Barrys Bootcamp Noho, Soul Cycle Noho, Orange Theory, FlyWheel -1 block from Astor Place Subway 6, 2 blocks from N, R, W & 4 blocks from L, N, Q, R, 4, 5, 6, W What isn't so great about this place? It's an elevated first floor apartment -- but very quiet!
