Unit has two balconies, all-new stainless steel appliances (including gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave), stackable washer/dryer, and two (tandem) parking spaces in the gated garage underneath the building. Neighborhood has lots of local grocers, bars (when they open), and tons of food options. Easily walk to coffee, pizza, burgers, and beers. Building features fob/code restricted entry and elevator use, tiny "pool", fitness room, pet wash station, and business room, though many amenities are closed due to COVID restrictions. Pet friendly. We have to relocate for work, but loved living here.
