Private room in Hoboken, NJ

Why are you looking for a renter? If you're looking to rent a one bedroom with ensuite bathroom in a 1000 sq ft, open concept apartment, look no further! About the apt: super spacious, eastern exposure (you can see the Empire State Building in the winter), mostly furnished and comes with central air/heat, dishwasher, elevator, and new washer/dryers just installed in the laundry room. About your roommate: She's an amazing, clean, super fun, master chef boyardess in the kitchen. She works in the city from 7AM until late and happy to give you space if you need. If I didn't get engaged, I'd be living with her forever in this amazing apt! Near: 126 bus stop to Path and NYC (literally steps from the door), Trader Joe's and Shoprite around the corner, along with a ton of bars (carpe diem, turtle club), restaurants, movie theater and the new rock climbing gym, yoga studio, etc. The hop also drives by every 20 min so you can literally hail it from the front door. Best location in Hoboken by far! 15 - 20 minutes into NYC door to door - shorter commute than my friends in Astoria! Looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and open to the possibility of our traditional Bachelor Monday/Wine nights! ;) (up for negotiation). But for real, this is a phenomenal value for what you typically get in Hoboken - definitely won't last! What do you love about this place? Lots of light - close to all the best bars/restaurants - easy to find street parking - easy commute into the city - the roomie is also pretty amazing :) What isn’t so great about this place? Nothing - I'd stay here forever if I didn't get engaged!
