Why are you looking for a renter? My roommate and I are starting new jobs in a different state so we need to sublease our entire apartment. The place is fully furnished (newly bought furniture) and we'll be leaving all the furniture for you to use in the entire apartment. 2 bedroom in a beautiful, modern, luxury building. Just a block away from Times Square, Madison Square Garden, and Port Authority. Just a block from train lines, restaurants, bars, boutiques and main attractions. The bedroom is cozy, recently renovated and decorated. There is a lot of natural light! The beds is super comfortable. My apt is a 2 bedroom with a comfortable double and queen bed. The living space with a sofa as well. My apartment is a corner apt so it gets lots of sunlight.
