The 2 full bathrooms and bright open bedrooms make it such a lovely place to live. It's the top floor of the building, but only the 3rd floor up. You don't have to worry about noise from above without the annoyance of climbing tons of stairs. :) Short distance to multiple trains too! Three blocks to the Dekalb L and three blocks to Knickerbocker M stops. Also ample amount of Revels readily available nearby and two blocks away from two different Citibike ports. Lots of amazing transport options within a short walking distance. What isn't so great about this place? No outdoor space included, but is so close to Maria Hernandez park that you can spend all the time you need outdoors. August 1st move in date. 1st month + security deposit required. Guarantors welcome. Will sign lease through May 31 2021. Option to renew for 12 month lease in 2021.
