Its a true 2 bed 2 bath, 1,000+ sqft apartment with impressive city views of 9th ave and a lot of natural light. There is a gym included in the building and no amenity fees. The apartment building is also about a 3 minutes walk to the A,C,E entrance. 9th Ave has tons of cool restaurants and this apartment is so close to everything! What isn't so great about this place? occasional sirens in the background (there's double pane windows so the noise is faint) since you're right by 9th ave
