Hi, We signed our lease back in April with the assumption that our industries would be back and fired up. Unfortunately with new developments our places of work are struggling, and I have managed to get a job transfer in another state. What do you love about this place? It's an amazing ground floor corner unit, with HEDGING around it. Totally private and airy, it feels like a home with the wrap around balcony. Light tile-to look like-wood. Only ground floors have the wood-look through out. It's a Tier 3 Design package and usually goes for $400-$600 more per month. The appliances are fantastic and the black splash and white quartz countertops, make the unit have a more "designer" feel. We rented it at an opportune moment. En Suite Bathroom and a very large guest bathroom.Perfect for roommates or someone who needs the extra space. Dog friendly property with all of the amenities that you could want. Our gym is opened and pools are have been gradually re-opening. Rent Controlled and the price is locked in for 2 years, if you decide to stay past the lease. Central A/C and a strong fan is located in the dinning area. What isn't so great about this place? Stove is Electric, some people don't like that. My boyfriend and I usually just order in, or make very simple meals so we don't feel the effects of it. Carpet is in the bedroom, again some people are totally into it, anothers not so much. We don't let our dog into the room because of it. Due to COVID-19 it can be a little challenging to get ahold of someone over the phone since they are swamped. I tend to go in person for any questions. Amenities are opening up, but probably wont be in full swing for another few weeks.

Please see below :) -5550 credit score minimum is required to be accepted -Background check of $30 administered by the building -Making 3x the amount of rent per month. I will say, they do not check your bank statements to prove this. However when you are signed onto the the lease it becomes your responsibility regardless if they checked or not. First and Last months rent and a $500 damage deposit. Last Months Rent can be waived up-front, we would need to come to an accord in writing. “
