Why are you looking for a renter? I'm a USC student living in Boston and am extremely concerned with the possibility of contracting COVID-19 in my travels. I would not be able to fly to California and reside in my apartment in the coming academic year due to the posing risks of COVID-19 on my health. My classes are all solely online, so I would still be able to attend school. What do you love about this place? It is a beautiful, private apartment in a lovely and safe neighborhood. It is close to USC and a short drive to Ralphs, Trader Joes, Target, and Smart and Final. The spacious living room is the perfect place for fun nights and dinners with friends. What isn't so great about this place? The apartment is on a cul de sac directly across USC campus and is next to the Expo Vermont train station stop. I love this apartment; I don't think there is anything negative about it.
