Our 2bed 2 bath UES apt is available from June 18-Aug 18. (some flexibility) Apt is located on York Avenue (5 min walk to Weill Cornell) Ours is an excellent elevator building, clean and safe, 1 apt per floor. Not your average apt. Ideal tenant would be a busy professional, kosher diet preferred. If tenant is subletting with children, the apt is very child friendly, and we have just about everything a young child may need. (crib, changing table, books, toys, high chair, booster seat, etc) If tenant will not be coming with children; we consider clearing some stuff out into storage. Price: $4800 (Rent is to be paid in full for the duration of the stay + US$1000 security deposit, to be returned after your sublet ends, and apt is in same condition as when you moved in.)
