Why are you looking for a renter? Hi everyone! Me and my roommate are looking for two people to sublet for us in our gorgeous, sunny and student-friendly 2 bedroom apartment on 38 Westland Ave starting September. The total monthly rent is $2,900 or $1,450 each. Heat/Hot water and electricity included. Laundry in building. Both rooms are furnished with twin size beds and desks with chairs. They also have good closet space. There is a living room furnished with a couch, coffee table, lamp and small dining table that sits two with chairs. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove and plenty of counter/cabinet space. Hardwood floors throughout. There are ceiling fans in both rooms and living room. The location is great! 5 min walk to Berklee, right in front of Whole Food/CVS, 3 min walk to Symphony Station, 9 min walk to Northeastern and 5 min walk to the Fens. Disclaimer: as me and my roommate are not in Boston right now, we couldn’t take updated pictures of the apartment, so this is how it looked like when other people were living there (not the same furniture). Also, we're looking for people to sublet from September 1st until a negotiable date in January :) What do you love about this place? Great location, good sized rooms, living room and kitchen, lots of sunlight. What isn't so great about this place? Unit is in 5th floor and there's no elevator in the building.
