Entire place in Crown Heights, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? My roommate and I are moving out of Brooklyn for work and looking for someone to take over our lease. What do you love about this place? We love that it is so close to Prospect Park and near plenty of restaurants and bars in Prospect heights. It is walkable to the B, Q, 2, 3 subways. There is laundry in the basement as well as bike storage. It's a young and friendly building. What isn't so great about this place? There are only 3 washers/dryers for the building. The walls are kind of thin so you can sometimes hear what is going on in the building.
