What are you looking for in a tenant?
Looking for someone responsible, clean, and would take care of this place. It's a brand new unit as no one has lived in it before I did. Couples and young children are welcome.
What do you love about this place?
It's got great appliances, all new bathrooms, and top of line finishing touches. It is also walking distance to stores, restaurants, the subway, buses, and many other places. The doormen are very friendly and it's a safe place to live.
What isn't so great about this place?
Really I can't think of anything except that the dryer in unit takes a bit longer than a larger machine would.
