What do you love about this place? The apartment is a stunning penthouse duplex with PRIVATE ROOF DECK on quiet Gray Street. Modern chef's kitchen with high end appliances, gas range, farmhouse sink and granite countertops. Open layout with front facing living room and cozy decorative fireplace. Separate dining alcove with built-in banquette seating. First floor features two large bedrooms with custom built-ins and additional BONUS walk-in closet that could pair as an office nook. Laundry IN-UNIT and brand new hardwood floors throughout. Spectacular private roof deck with amazing city views. Short walk from Restaurant Row, dozens of cafes, SoWa market and access to everything the South End has to offer! What isn't so great about this place? As with most brownstones in the South End, the apartment itself is a bit on the older side, but there are no issues with appliances, etc.
