This apartment includes amazing views from the 47th floor and incredible amenities including 24-hour doorman, gym, common outdoor space, bike storage and special offers at Gotham Market on the first floor of the building. The Ashland is located a short walk from almost all subway lines (20-30 minutes from Midtown Manhattan), the LIRR at Atlantic Terminal and the best restaurants and shopping in Brooklyn. What isn't so great about this place? Nothing.
