Entire place in New York, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? My roommate and I are NYU students who won't be returning to the city for the fall semester. Our lease is up in February so looking for someone to sublease the apartment until then with option of renewing the lease. What do you love about this place? Loved everything about it and wish we didn't have to leave so soon. The apartment is bright, quiet and overlooks the interior courtyard. Both bedrooms fit queen size beds. Very close proximity to Target, Trader Joe's, Walgreens, L train subway station and tons of restaurants (all a 2 min walk). The community is very family and pet friendly. Lot's of great Stuytown amenities included like access to playgrounds, courts and lawns and you can look on their website for more. AC and utilities are included and laundry is in the building. What isn't so great about this place? Nothing to complain about, a peaceful place to escape the noise of the city while being right next to the East Village.
