Entire place in Chicago Loop, IL

Why are you looking for a renter? My husband and I purchased a house in the suburbs and are looking for a subletter to assume our lease, which runs through November 28 of this year. The tenant will be able to enter into a longer lease with the landlord at that time if they so choose. What do you love about this place? Incredibly tall concrete ceilings, no noise (4 feet of concrete between units), over Roosevelt Collection (easy access to shops, restaurants and a movie theater), right next to Target and down the street from Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Jewel Osco. A 10 min walk to the Roosevelt El station. 24 hour package pickup with option to have packages left in your apartment and a 24 hour doorman. Cats and dogs are welcome! What isn't so great about this place? We really do love this place--we just don't love living in downtown Chicago. The wall of the second bedroom doesn't go all the way to the ceiling.
