What are you looking for in a tenant?
I'm moving out of the state because of the pandemic. I originally had signed a 2-year lease, as I was planning to stay for that long because of work; however, things took a turn in March.
What do you love about this place?
Exposed brick, Chicago style. Spacious living areas. And unlike other units in the building, this one has skylights in the bedroom that provide great natural light. You can see the entire skyline from the balcony, and it's close the everything great on 18th street.
What isn't so great about this place?
The mailroom isn't big enough and since it's a loft, it can be a little loud when there are a lot of people in the hallway.
