Entire place in Crown Heights, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I am looking for someone to take over my lease because I recently got offered a new job! What do you love about this place? 636 St. Marks is great because it's located right in middle of beautiful and vibrant Crown Heights. It's a perfect spot for anyone who likes good coffee shops, fun and laidback bars, great food, and awesome yoga. With lots of windows, hard wood floors and great natural light, it has a classic brownstone feel and a real home-y vibe. Oh! and short walks to the 4/5, 2/3, and A/C trains. What isn't so great about this place? It's a true NYC apartment i.e. it's not the biggest two bedroom you've ever seen...
