Small but cozy room with a lot of storage space available in large modern apt, one black from the Montrose L. Sharing the apt with with two 30yr old creative ladies, one designer and one author. English and New York native respectively. We love are space as a no drama zone to come back to from our busy schedules, but love to also have catch up over a glass of wine when we can. Room and apt is fully furnished. In unit washer/dryer, AC/Heating, roof top access. All bills included in rent, including cleaner once a month. We are looking for a fab third to the apt for the last two months of our lease as our brilliant current room mate is sadly leaving us for the west coast. Looking for someone who likes the space as much as we do for our last 2 months ! First Month and One Month deposit to move in.
