Private room in The Heights, NJ

Why are you looking for a renter? Female roommate required, you would be sharing the room with another female roommate working in Hoboken. I am leaving the city and need someone to fill the lease. Would require 1.5 months rent as security deposit, to be returned at the end of the lease. What do you love about this place? It's a huge open space with tons of natural light flooding the living room. The building is in a quiet neighborhood, located on top of a hill, so the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Plus we have a dishwasher, and washer/dryer in the unit which makes life very easy. Buses directly to Port Authority (NY) or Journal Square (NJ) are a 2-min walk away so commutes are quick and convenient. What isn’t so great about this place? Honestly, I can't think of anything. The landlord comes and makes repairs when anything is wrong. Our neighbors are super quiet and have never been a problem. The AC/heat works very well and makes for a comfortable environment. This place is a secret steal and I'm sad to be leaving.
