Why are you looking for a renter? Trying to leave 2-3 months early due to corona issues. Great place! Lived here for 5 years. Backyard is incredible. I have a bunch of furniture which you may be able to acquire if you're interested. What do you love about this place? Private backyard space, tall ceilings, excellent kitchen space including large island. Overall great place. What isn't so great about this place? This might be a great thing -- it's a railroad, meaning one room is connected to another. Use the place as 3 bedrooms, or 2 with an added office, storage, or second living space. Or it's perfect for a baby or young child's bedroom.
