Private room in Manhattan, NY

Hello!! This apartment is a beauutiful (rent stabilized) flex 3 bed, 2 bath on the 33rd floor in a doorman building w gym! (Not sure why all the photos are jumbled up here, pls disregard) I have lived here the past two years and absolutely LOVE it. My two current roommates are moving out because one is going to medical school and the other is moving in with her boyfriend (I’m not a crazy roommate don’t worry!!) Because of this, there are TWO rooms available, the master bedroom and the other true bedroom. The master has its own bathroom, two closets (one walk-in) and easily fits a king sized bed. The other bedroom has a huge closet and easily fits a queen. You can see the freedom tower from both bedrooms..Empire State building from the living room, kitchen, even the shower...so the views are incredible. The current lease ends July 31 so I’m looking to sign a new lease with new roommates for Aug 1. Right now the master is $1950 and the second room is $1750 but I am hoping to negotiate with mgmt when resigning given the current crisis so it is likely to be lower! It’s close to literally all transportation, ACE1237NQRWS ... literally all transportation... I myself am 24, I do acquisitions and development for a Real estate developer here in the city, I graduated from Cornell in 2017 and Columbia in 2019. I am fun and like to go out but don’t bring the party home unless you’d want to!
