$1625 per room, all utilities included except AC which is $19.75 a month Each bedroom is large, with a large shared living space. Apartment has laundry is the basement and is a part of the StuyTown community. The building is surrounded by parks and on Wednesday nights they do movies in the park and jazz nights on Fridays. StuyTown is also one of the safest places to live in Manhattan because it has 24/7 public safety patrol. Also, the building is a 3 minute walk to the L train. You’d be living with my twin sister and I. We’re both 21 and attend the Fashion Institute of Technology. We’re both very serious about our studies, but always love to go out and have fun and explore the city! We’re looking for roommates that are social and outgoing like ourselves, and also value a clean and comfortable living space. Don’t hesitate with any questions! :)
