Private room in Westwood, CA

We are UCLA students who will not be moving in until September, but our lease starts in July. One spot in a double (shared bedroom with a male subletter) in our apartment is available to sublease from July 15-September 15 for $800 + utilities a month per person. The other bedroom in the unit will be subleased by two males. Our apartment is very clean, has AC, and will be furnished! The building has lots of amenities including a pool, gym, free WiFi and printing, and outdoor entertainment spaces. It’s located in a quieter part of the neighborhood. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the UCLA campus and Westwood Village.
