Private room in Bedford-Stuyvesant, NY

(just a 2 week sublet, not entire month, $450 from 5/23-6/6) will be out for travels from the 23rd of May to the 6th of june so have a cute lil sublet situation for someone who is interested in staying in bedstuy! close to von king park, plenty cute bars, coffee shops etc! It's a one bedroom inside a 3bedroom 2 bath. The building is a three floor house and the landlord lives in the first two floors with his wife and three daughters. i have two roommates, one male and one female, with a little dog. both work in production as do i. extremely 420 friendly, (just not in the bedroom) living room is huge with Apple TV. The apartment is like 1800 sq ft so it's very open. lgbtq friendly space! Can use iMac desktop with limited guest access. Apple TV in the living room! since this is a sublet i will still have belongings in the space but will allow for closet space. about the area: off tompkins and monroe. very central location, treelined block with brownstones, close to von king park, plenty cute bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc. around the corner from neighborhood favorite - sincerely, tommy. 5 min walk away from bars bed vyne and brew, lovers rock, peaches hothouse, eugene and co. etc! an 8 min walk away from Kingston Throop C, and 12 min walk from Nostrand Ave A, so a smooth and quick ride in to manhattan! also similar walk to Bedford Nostrand G.
