Private room in Boerum Hill, NY

We've got a small, basic bedroom with a twin bed that we're looking to sublet for half of all of October. Our apt is a 4 bedroom duplex with 1.5 bathrooms just steps away from the trains at Atlantic Ave/Barclays Center, and we have a dishwasher and an in-unit laundry machine. Your roommates are all working professionals, and we have an extra room that we use as a meditation studio (two of us are meditation teachers). We're looking for anyone to fill the space, but someone with an interest in mindfulness (or yoga/wellness in any form) is particularly welcome. There is a possibility for this to be a longer term arrangement if we're all comfortable and like each other's vibe - we're looking for a long term roommate as well.
