Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Hello. I am a student looking to sublet my apartment for the fall semester (from August 1st to December 31st) while I study abroad. The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It comes fully furnished with a couch, dining table, set of chairs, set of kitchenware, and kitchen counter, along with a bed and drawers in each bedroom. Water and heat are included, but electricity and internet are not. There is a window AC unit in each bedroom. There are laundry machines in the basement of the building. Each bedroom has a closet, and there is some overhead storage space in one of the bedrooms. The place is located near the corner of Saint Mark's Place and 3rd avenue in the East Village. On the same block you can find restaurants, bars, and even a twenty-four hour mini grocery store. Just one block over is a 24 hour CVS. The apartment is also just a few steps away from the 6 train at Astor Place and the R and W trains at 8th street. Union Square is only six blocks away.
