Hi, I'm moving out of this wonderful 2BR/1BA at The GateWay. The building complex is amazing. Apartment is on the third floor with access to the town home village and direct bridge access to the embarcadero center (punchline comedy club, embarcadero theatre). There is a BayClub gym in the complex and a Safeway! You'll be sharing the apartment with one roommate in his early 30s who works as a sales analyst at Levis down the street. Social, outgoing and chill guy. Monthly utilities: ~$80 Parking spot available for an extra $190 I can sell a bedframe, dresser and nightstand if interested.
