The apartment is a convenient 7 minute walk to the 6 train, 15 minute walk to Central Park and 5th Avenue and home to one of New York's favorite housewives! The apartment itself boasts views of the East River, a fully-loaded kitchen with a marble waterfall, high-end appliances, hardwood floors throughout, and spacious bathrooms with upgraded appliances and tiling. Plus, there are five closets, an in-unit washer and dryer and all the amenities you could imagine. 2 gyms (one on the roof and one on the ground floor), a yoga studio, a spectacular rooftop and a children's area complete with a library and playspace are just a few of the amenities provided. There is never a risk of a lost package, as all packages are received, document and delivered by the incredible concierge staff - and for two young professionals (and online shopping addicts) like us, the location and amenities make this building the perfect fit! (P.S. - these are actual pictures of the exact apartment with our furniture in it. So no gimmicks here). What isn't so great about this place? Honestly, its pretty amazing. If you want a spectacular view of the East River, you wont get that -- but there is still a view. Otherwise the apartment is INCREDIBLE.
