Why are you looking for a renter? I was relocated for work and looking for a sublet to take my place in the lease. About the space: Two-bedroom Two-Bathroom with Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher in unit. Has private access to rooftop deck. Room that is available fits a queen bed, a large dresser and has a good-sized closet. Would have a private bathroom as well. Large amounts of storage available in unit. Gets lots of natural light through the skylight in the living room, and has double high ceilings. Furnishings are available (images are from before moving in) Location: Located in Kips Bay, in the middle of the block, so it is quiet from busy avenue traffic, only a short walk away from the 6 train. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. What do you love about this place? Enjoy the private rooftop with beautiful views of the city. The common area has high ceilings and lots of natural light from two large skylights in the ceiling. What isn't so great about this place? It is the 5th floor of a walk-up About current Roomate: While I was relocated for work, Reid, my current roommate, is intending to stay. He is from Minnesota and works in brand consulting. He is easy going, cleanly and respectful of space. Works M-F, does not do a lot of cooking, enjoys going out to eat and watching sports.
