Why are you looking for a renter? We are moving into a 3br apartment even though we originally signed a 2-year lease, which means you'll get a better-than-market rent for the next year! What do you love about this place? The unit itself is great, as it's quite spacey with a home office alcove along with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. Great for kid/dog! This building is absolutely lovely for a couple with kids/dogs, as you'll overlook Teardrop Park and the long slide and have easy access to the esplanade and dog parks. The building management is super prompt at fixing things and the neighbors are great. We love this building! What isn't so great about this place? We really can't say much since we're moving to a different unit in the building, so you'd be our neighbors!
