Monthly rent $3,450 What do you love about this place? 3 queen-sized bedrooms with closets, living room easily accommodates a couch plus dining area, kitchen complete with all full sized appliances, plank hardwood flooring throughout. 2 Blocks from 1 Line and 10 min walk from AC/BD lines. It's right down the street from three grocery stores, and the restaurant Fumo on the corner has wonderful food. Plus, Riverbank State Park is great for running! Willing to leave some of the furniture for new tenants (wall-mounted television, beds, couches) What isn't so great about this place? Unit hasn't been renovated in a while cause we've been living there. There's AC units in the living room and one of the bedrooms, but not in the other two bedrooms.
