Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? My roommate wants to move in with her boyfriend so my other roommate and I are moving out early What do you love about this place? Building is only several years old, everything is very new. All bedrooms have real walls and doors, great natural light, laundry in unit, dishwasher, updated appliances. Great management company, easy to pay rent online and submit repair requests when needed. Doorman is great for accepting packages. What isn't so great about this place? one bedroom does not have a window, another does not have a closet.
