Entire place in Wollaston, MA

Why are you looking for a renter? My situation has changed and we were looking to move before this lease was up. What do you love about this place? Laundry in the basement is very convenient, beautiful home, brand new kitchen, awesome location minutes from two MBTA stops. Bedroom shown is very big, closet is narrow but very deep so plenty of room. Another bedroom similar size and a smaller bedroom as well. Multiple storage areas in home. Plenty of on-street parking. What isn't so great about this place? The insulation of the home is not amazing so just plan to air out in the summer and possible use of space heaters in winter, mostly only needed downstairs occasionally.
