Why are you looking for a renter? This is a great 3 bedroom in West Harlem on 135th and Amsterdam! I live with 2 female roommates who are both pretty quiet and keep to themselves. I am a young professional who returned home because of COVID-19 and would like someone to take over the lease for my bedroom until August 1st. It’s a great apartment, has in-unit washer/dryer, is located close to the 1 train and provides easy access to downtown Manhattan! WiFi, electric, gas, and heat/water are included.
