We’re looking for a lease takeover for our charming three bedroom in East Williamsburg! The apartment features an in-unit washer/dryer, a large private deck, and a dishwasher! We are currently using it as a 2 bedroom with home office, but have lived in it for the past five years as a 3 bedroom. We are one of only two apartments in the building, with a storefront on the ground floor. The largest bedroom featured a sliding closet with additional storage above. The other two bedrooms include a white IKEA armoire with drawers and a hanging rod. The kitchen is separate from the living room and has a ton of cabinet space, and also includes a marble kitchen cart. The beautiful deck is private for the apartment only and is huge! The apartment also has big bathroom (large enough for three girls to stand and get ready in). The building is located only three blocks from the Graham L stop, and a short walk to the Metropolitan G. We are close to a ton of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Our lease is up May 31st, 2021, and the lease takeover is until then. The management company for the apartment is great to work with, and we have never had and problems. Rent payments and maintenance requests are easily handled through an app, and management is super responsive.
