Feb 1st to July 31st - Looking for someone to take my lease in a 3 bedroom apartment for February 1st move-in. Right around the corner from Whole Foods, Gristedes and Fairway, super close to Central Park and major subway lines (4/5/6/Q), and tons of shopping in the area! The bedroom is south facing and has a ton of natural light, a huge closet and a lot of exposed brick. The apartment is very cute, there is exposed brick throughout the apartment and has an updated kitchen with a dishwasher. 1st month & security + $520 application fee due to management company.
