Why are you looking for a renter? We have a bedroom available for sublet in our gorgeous apartment in East Williamsburg/Bushwick. This spacious, light filled bedroom comes accompanied with its own closet and a clothing rack for additional clothes, a mini refrigerator, and a comfortable desk with a desk lamp. An awesome environment for those who want a bedroom that can be used for work as well as for relaxing! The living room has sleeper sofa with a table and a big screen ideal for catching up with tv shows. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with a stove, and all the necessary silverwares and cooking gadgets which are available for use (as long as it's washed before the your lease ends!) It's within walking distance to G and L lines! Super close to the heart of Williamsburg where there are many awesome restaurants and bars! The rate would be 300$ per week, or 45$ per night. Just let me know before hand how long you would like to stay, and the expense would be prepaid - Venmo or Paypal me the balance before moving in and you're good to go!
