Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? My roommate and I are both working remotely now, so we don't need to be in the city and are looking for someone to take over our lease. This is a 750 sq ft (very large) studio that we flexed into a 2 bedroom. There is a large entryway with tons of closet space and a recently renovated kitchen with dishwasher. Each of the two bedrooms has space for a full bed, a desk and a dresser, and there is space in the living room for a couch and a dining table. The walls can be taken down to convert the unit back to a studio or left up, and there is an option to resign a lease with the building once our lease is up on Nov. 30, 2020. What do you love about this place? Amazing views from the apartment (30th floor), dishwasher in unit, doorman. What isn't so great about this place? Building is undergoing construction, so the roof deck is temporarily closed, there is scaffolding near one of the bedroom's windows, and there is a construction entrance, but there is still a doorman at the construction entrance.
