Entire place in Greenpoint, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? My roommates and I are moving out, we have 2 moving in with their partners, and 1 going to California for work. Bad timing because it's mid lease! Classic. What do you love about this place? It's in the perfect spot. The apartment itself is cozy and unique, people love coming over for dinner, it's spacious and it's home! The street is quiet but in a central location to get to any bars/restaurants/subways -- it's all a 5-10 min walk to McCarren Park, McGolrick Park, Bushwick Inlet Park, the Greenpoint Waterfront -- and then the Graham/Lorimer/Bedford L stops, and Naussau G. What isn’t so great about this place? The heat can really be a pain in the winter, and we can't control how hot it gets. But, that happens in most older apartments.
