Bedroom Your own private bedroom within a beautiful, gut-renovated shared space in the heart of Ridgewood - right by the L and M trains and all of the neighborhood's best bars and restaurants. Each room has plenty of natural light, views onto quiet streets, large closets, and space for a bed and a dresser or desk. The apartment's shared space has an open layout, with plenty of room for a big couch and television. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and plenty of counter space and there's also a washer/dryer in the unit. There are two spacious bathrooms with new finishings, both accessible from the common spaces. The building is close to both the Seneca Ave M (30 minutes to Union Square) and Myrtle-Wyckoff L + M subway stops (20 minutes to Union Square). All of the units were just gut renovated in October 2018. This apartment is managed directly by Flip, which means you’re free to book it for flexible periods starting at one month and all that's required in order to get accepted is proof of income and a background check. The common area and kitchen are fully furnished with a couch, coffee table, TV and kitchen essentials. Bedrooms are either furnished with a bed frame and mattress or unfurnished. Are utilities included in the price of the rent? Yes Is cleaning included? This is an optional service. Flip will coordinate professional housekeepers to clean the common areas of the apartment as frequently as you’d like. These areas include the kitchen, bathrooms, and living area. Individual bedrooms will not be included - but you can request that this be added on if you’d like. The cost of cleaning services are added onto your monthly rent receipt at the end of the month.
