Why are you looking for a renter? My three roommates and I are taking a break from college this fall so we have two rooms with four beds available. Bring up to three people (not including yourself), just a roommate, or just yourself. If you have a roommate, the listed price is what you pay. If you want a room to yourself, then the rent would be doubled. What do you love about this place? -Good food downstairs (Subway, Blaze Pizza, Hot Dogs) -Within a few miles of Downtown LA where there's lots of stuff to do -Target and Trader Joe's (Groceries) are a couple blocks away -Gym, coffee, and printing on the first floor -Really peaceful and mellow living space What isn't so great about this place? -Not the greatest social scene -Might feel cramped depending on your preferences
