Why are you looking for a renter? I'm out of town from January to May for a theater directing contract. Looking for someone to sublet my room while away. What do you love about this place? I've lived in this apartment for 12 years. The neighborhood is fantastic. All within one block of the front door are: Laundromat, Post office, grocery store, Wine shop, Italian salumeria and bakery, Irish Pub, Coffee Shop, etc. It is about a 5-7 minute walk to the RME train and a 10 minute walk to the NQ train in Astoria! My other two roommates have lived here with me for years as well and they are great laid back people. The apartment itself is a 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom place with a big kitchen and separate dining room and living rooms!! Tons of common space!! There is a shared large closet in the dining room and we have lots of space for storage. My bedroom comes fully furnished with a closet with shelving for your use. The bedroom is rear facing and is very quiet. I love living in Astoria in this apartment and I know you will too!!
