Private room in Flushing, NY

My roommates and I are renting a two story home with a basement in Ridgewood off the Dekalb L and the Seneca M. We have the complete house, which is a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom with a full basement and a private backyard. There's three of us (and one sweet dog!), and we're looking for a fourth roomie. All four bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and are the same size. There's also two bathrooms on the 2nd floor, so you'd only be sharing with one other person. It's been recently renovated and has a washer/dryer in the home. Everyone's pretty chill--we're all filmmakers who are moving to this home to have some space to hang. We're looking for a March 1st move-in.
