Private room in Central LA, CA

Hi! My name is Collin, I am 23 and looking to sublet my room. A little about the house/lease, it is located in downtown LA near the staples center. It includes off street parking as well as private laundry. I live with two great guys, Arun and Matt, who are both 24. As for the room, it includes a twin size bed and a dresser. Utilities are not included in the rent, and run for around $100 a month. I am looking to move out June 1st so if you are interested let me know!
