Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Looking for courteous, respectful tenant or tenants who will take good care of this place through the end of my lease term (nov). I’m a native NY-er and this is hands down the best neighborhood and building I’ve ever lived in. Doormen are great. All fixtures in apartment are high end. Bathroom has both shower and tub. Neighborhood is quiet and literally a stone’s throw from Washington Sq Park, SoHo, and the West village, 10-15 min walks to Union Square, Flatiron and Chelsea. No downsides, honestly. I’m only leaving because of a relocation for work. Also this can be 12-month lease if you want to sign directly with building.
