Entire place in Greenpoint, NY

Cozy 2 bedroom mostly furnished Apt at the Northside of McCarren Park. Close to restaurants, coffee shops and more importantly the train, and east side ferry. Need a renter bc we are going to spend some time in LA. 6-12 months to start. But time is negotiable. The only things that will leave with us is our Kingsize bed and our daughter’s room. Her room will be striked and move with us. Of course if a raw space is preferred this can be discussed and arranged.
