Looking for a short term downtown LA experience? I recently moved for work and have a room at the Promenade Towers with a gorgeous view of the city. Currently there are two other roommates in the master bedroom. Two females (mid to late 20's) who work and/or are out most of the time so the apartment will basically be yours since they area hardly ever around because of work and school. More details: - You get your own bathroom! - You get view of DTLA! - You get tons of closet space! - The sublease starts April 1st and ends August 31st - Immediate move-in welcome and you get any days in March for free - Moving requires signing onto the lease and a check for $194 PLUS security deposit (amount for the deposit depends on credit check). - The roommates are very chill and spend little time in the actual apartment - Parking available for +$75 (on top of rent) - Utilities are about $30-$45 (on top of rent) - No pets - No couples - Male or female roommates welcome! - Walking distance from Grand Central Market, The Walt Disney Concert Hall and easy highway access - 3.8 miles from USC - Beautiful community pool and BBQ area and on-site gym Shoot me a message if you're interested to see the place and meet the other roommates!
