Private room in Manhattan, NY

It is now 849 per month. (I rent it 987 per month). The space that I am subleasing is the dinning room that is redecorated into a bedroom(with a wall established) . The whole place is a two bed room apartment. Bed room 1 has its own bathroom, you will have to share bath room with the guy in bedroom 2. We are currently under a lease agreement from October 14, 2019 to October 13, 2020. The tenant needs to stay at least till Spetember 30.
